About Us

For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.

[Matthew 18:20]

Who are we?

We are a church ministry, that is a fundamental aspect of Christian life, focusing on serving the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of the congregation and the broader community. Ministry refers to the work and responsibilities that are carried out in the name of the church, often inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ. This includes preaching, teaching, counseling, worship, charity work, and outreach programs.

At its core, ministry is about service, driven by love and compassion for others, and is grounded in the belief that serving others is a way to serve God. Ministries vary in focus, from pastoral care and evangelism to youth programs and social justice initiatives. Each ministry plays a role in building and supporting the faith community, helping individuals grow spiritually, and addressing the needs of society with Christian values.

What We Believe

GOD THE FATHER

The Father is often viewed as the creator and sustainer of the universe, representing the ultimate authority, sovereignty, and love. He is the source of all things and is understood as a loving, caring parent who desires a relationship with humanity. He is also seen as transcendent and holy, set apart from creation, yet intimately involved in it.

UNITY AND DISTINCTION

God is one in essence but exists as three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. They share the same divine nature and purpose but have different roles. The Father creates, the Son redeems, and the Holy Spirit empowers and guides believers, all working together in perfect harmony.

GOD THE SON
(JESUS CHRIST)

Jesus Christ, the Son, is believed to be the incarnation of God, meaning that God took on human form and lived among people. The Son's role in the Trinity emphasizes God's desire to reconcile humanity to Himself through Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection. Christians believe that through Jesus' sacrifice, humanity can receive forgiveness and eternal life. He is both fully divine and fully human, representing God's closeness and accessibility to mankind.

GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit is the presence of God in the world today, guiding, empowering, and sanctifying believers. The Spirit works in individuals to convict them of sin, lead them to repentance, and transform them to live according to God’s will. The Spirit is also understood as the comforter and helper, continuing Christ’s work on earth by empowering the Church, fostering spiritual gifts, and uniting believers.

Our Foundation in God’s Word

Our Foundation in God’s Word

1. All Scripture is God-breathed

(2 Timothy 3:16-17)

God’s word is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness. It equips mankind for every good work.

2. Eternal Godhead

(1 John 5:7)

God is Trinity: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

3. The Fall of Man

(Romans 5:12)

Man was created in the image of God but lost his perfect nature because he disobeyed his own will.

4. The Plan of Salvation

(John 3:16)

We believe that while we were still alive, Christ assured the salvation of all who believe in Him, who died for us.

5. Salvation by God's Grace

(Ephesians 2:8-9)

We believe that there is no righteousness in us, and that we must approach God through the grace of Christ's righteousness.

6. Mindfulness and Acceptance

(1 John 1:9)

We who have fully accepted Christ with a sincere mind will be accepted in the presence of God.

Let us believe that the change in mind and life through turning is really a real change.

(Hebrews 6:1)

We believe that daily sanctification and improvement of faith are in accordance with God's will.

9. Baptism and the Holy Sacrament

(Matthew 28:19 / 1 Corinthians 11:28)

We believe that the baptismal bath is an outward symbol of an inward action. The Last Supper should be remembered by using bread and wine as symbols.

10. Baptism of the Holy Spirit

(Acts 2:4)

We believe that the believer receives power through the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and that this happens according to the Bible.

11. The Full Life of the Spirit

(Galatians 5:16-25)

We believe that the daily conduct of the Spirit is in accordance with God's will.

12. Gifts and Fruits of the Spirit

(1 Corinthians 12:1-11 / Galatians 5:22)

We believe that the Christian receives the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Likewise, a full life from the Spirit should be reflected by the spiritual fruit.

13. Moderation

(Philippians 4:5)

We must avoid the semantic enthusiasm that can arise from the believer's daily life and experiences.

14. God's Healing

(James 5:14-16)

Divine healing is the healing of the sick by the power of Christ in answer to faith prayer.

15. Christ's Return

(1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)

We believe that Christ's return is imminent and that He will come in person.

16. Church and Relationships

(Acts 16:5)

We recognize that dealing with the physical church is our important responsibility.

17. Civil Government

(Romans 13:1-5)

We believe that it is our duty to pray for civil government and obey it in accordance with God's Word.

18. Judgment of the Dead

(2 Corinthians 5:10)

We believe that anyone who died without Christ is already condemned, but the Christian is rewarded for the good they do in this life.

19. Heaven

(John 14:2-3)

Heaven is the eternal abode of the Christian where we shall be with the Lord forever.

20. Hell

(Revelation 20:10)

We believe that Hell is the eternal abode of those who have rejected Christ and lived according to sin.

21. Evangelism

(James 5:20)

We believe that evangelism is the duty of every Christian, sharing the Good News with others.

22. Tithes and Offerings

(Malachi 3:10)

We believe in giving a portion of our earnings back to God through tithes and offerings.

23. The Ministry

(Ephesians 4:11-13)

We believe in the importance of the church's ministry, where leaders equip the body for the work of service.

24. The Kingdom of God

(Matthew 6:33)

The Kingdom of God is the reign of God in the hearts of believers, both here on Earth and in Heaven.

25. Eternal Life

(John 3:16)

We believe that God offers eternal life to all who accept Jesus Christ as their Savior and live in accordance with His teachings.
