Christ’s Gospel Church (CGC) Sri Lanka is a rapidly growing Christian community, deeply rooted in faith and service. Under the visionary leadership of its Founder and Chairman, Rev. W.A.D. Kingsley, CGC has flourished since its humble beginnings in Polonnaruwa. Today, it operates across 24 districts in Sri Lanka, with a dedicated following of 24,000 believers. CGC has successfully expanded its mission beyond the island nation to the Middle East and Europe, reflecting its commitment to spreading the gospel globally.

The church’s spiritual leadership is strengthened by a team of 40 senior pastors and 188 assistant pastors who provide pastoral care and biblical guidance to the congregation. Together, they ensure that the church’s message of love, hope, and transformation reaches people from all walks of life.

In its commitment to nurturing spiritual growth, Christ’s Gospel Church operates two Bible colleges that offer theological education and leadership training. These institutions serve as a foundation for developing future pastors and church leaders, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to lead Christian communities with wisdom and integrity.

Beyond its spiritual mission, CGC is deeply engaged in social outreach. The church runs an Elder’s Home, which provides care and support for senior citizens, embodying the Christian values of compassion and service. Additionally, the CGC Hospital is a testament to the church’s commitment to the community’s well-being, offering medical care to those in need.

Rev. W.A.D. Kingsley, a dynamic and visionary leader, has guided CGC’s remarkable growth.
